These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of wearsaiph.com (the “Website”) and any purchases made from Saiph (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

By using this Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian and that you will provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, change specifications, or refuse any order at our sole discretion. Customized watches are made to order. Build times are estimates only and not guarantees. Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is considered accepted only once confirmed by email.

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the Website and include VAT where applicable for EU customers. Prices may change at any time without notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted. Payment must be completed at checkout. Orders will not be processed without successful payment.

If you choose Klarna or another third-party payment provider, their terms apply in addition to these Terms. Saiph does not earn interest or late-payment fees from Klarna. Any fees, penalties, or consequences resulting from missed or late payments are the sole responsibility of the customer and are handled directly by the payment provider.

Shipping, returns, refunds, and warranty coverage are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which form an integral part of these Terms. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to those policies.

Saiph is an independent brand. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any third-party watch brands, movement manufacturers, or component brands whose parts may be used in our products. Any brand names or trademarks referenced are used solely for descriptive purposes. Saiph designs its products independently and does not intentionally replicate or imitate the protected designs, trademarks, or trade dress of other brands. Any similarity between Saiph products and existing watches or brands does not imply affiliation, endorsement, or authorization. All products are sold exclusively under the Saiph brand identity.

Saiph does not ship to Israel or to United States military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO). Orders will be refused or canceled without exception if the buyer is a current or former member of the Israeli military. Saiph reserves the right to cancel any order that violates this policy with or without prior notice.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. We do not undervalue invoices and do not mark orders as gifts unless explicitly requested by the customer via order notes or email. Failure or refusal to pay customs fees does not constitute grounds for a refund.

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs, layouts, and product configurations, is the property of Saiph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

You agree not to use the Website for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, misuse pricing or product information, or submit false, misleading, or abusive information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Website for violations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saiph shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, delays or failures caused by carriers, customs authorities, or force-majeure events, or damage resulting from misuse of products after delivery. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, carrier disruptions, government actions, or other force-majeure events.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the Website. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
